DK Beauty Systems (859713 Alberta Ltd.) is a wholesale supplier to the beauty business therefore most products are a final sale including electrical appliances, furniture, gels, bits, drills, cosmetics, nail polish, gels, hair extensions. Special orders are always final sale. We cannot take this items back due to health regulations. Thank you for your understanding and we know you will always appreciate never having to worry about buying used goods for your business.
If an item is defective, we will provide an in-store credit or exchange (within 10 days). It is customer responsibility and cost to return the defective item to us. Missing items, order errors or shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours. Receipts must be provided.
In the case of an incorrectly ordered item that is UNOPENED, UNUSED/RESALABLE & HAS PRIOR MANAGER RETURN APPROVAL (within 10 days) a 20% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES. IN STORE CREDIT ONLY - we do NOT refund to the original method of purchase. Return shipping is at customer expense. We do need to examine the merchandise to deem it returnable first. This does not apply to any furniture or equipment. Equipment (gel lamps, hair appliances, lamps) furniture, efiles etc. are always FINAL SALE (unless defective).

We ask that you respect this policy as most items within the beauty industry, when opened cannot be resold due to the sanitary nature of the products sold. We will accept returns on defective items that are reported to us immediately upon receipt (customer responsibility to return)
We do not accept any returns on any opened or used items - no exceptions. All returns require a manager approval first, and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Returns must be reported and approved by us first. A manager return code is required. Return shipping is customer responsibility.
DK Beauty ships Canada-wide.
Flammable items such as cleaners, nail polishes and nail polish removers cannot be transported by air, and therefore ground courier is required to ship.
In the case of an incorrect address / postal code, shipping fees are customer responsibility.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed and may vary depending on the avaibility of items. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. DELIVERY DATES ARE APPROXIMATE AND NOT GUARANTEED. Shipping quotes provided by the carriers are estimates only. Sometimes shipping errors may occur. If there is a discrepancy between what you were quoted and what you were charged, you will be advised.
We accept no liability for courier companies or missed estimated delivery dates or non-delivery due to RTS because of incorrect address and/or no one available to accept delivery. The customer is responsible for any charges associated with this.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg/pound.
FURNITURE / HEAVY LIQUIDS / EQUIPMENT: Heavy liquids, over-sided items, furniture and equipment will be charged shipping as per courier quotes, plus an additional oversized item fee.
In the event of a defective product, the product(s) may be returned to us with prior manager approval only. No compensation is offered up and above the product value if a product(s) is indeed deemed defective by DK Beauty Systems. Shipping fees are customer responsibility.
